Career Shift Intensive — Anni Judkins Coaching

This work is specific.
So is the person it's for.

I take this work seriously, which means I'm selective about it. The Clarity Session exists partly to make sure we're a genuine fit before either of us commits. Read both columns honestly. The right person usually recognizes herself quickly.

This isn't right if…

  • You want resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, or a pivot plan handed to you
  • You're looking for emotional processing or open-ended exploration with no decision at the end
  • You're not willing to do structured homework between sessions — the work happens in the worksheets, not just the calls
  • You want someone to validate staying where you are

This is right if…

  • You're a high performer who has done everything right and still feels hollow — and you're ready to stop pretending otherwise
  • You know something has to change. You're past deciding whether to decide
  • You want a structured process — real sessions, real homework, a real outcome you can actually use
  • You're ready to make a committed decision about your career direction and build an actual plan around it
  • You just need someone who gets it. Not someone who's going to tell you to update your LinkedIn

Six weeks. Three phases.
One decision that changes everything after it.

The Career Shift Intensive is structured on purpose. Each phase builds on the one before it. You don't skip ahead because the order matters — assessment before options, options before decision, decision before plan. Every week has a session and a worksheet. The work you do between calls is where the real clarity comes from.

Orientation
Before Week 1

The Clarity Session + Pre-Work

Before we begin, we meet. The Clarity Session is a short conversation to confirm you're at a real inflection point and ready to work — not just ready to think about possibly working someday. If we're a fit, you'll receive the Career Inventory worksheet before Week 1 is scheduled. It has to be completed first. This is how the work starts: with what's already true, not with what you wish were true.

Assessment
Weeks 1–2

Where you actually are

Before we talk about where you're going, we establish exactly where you are. Not where you wish you were — where you actually are. Your real constraints, your real leverage, what's working, what isn't, and what you've built that's more valuable than you've been giving yourself credit for.

Week 1 Telling the Truth About Where You Are — your current role, what it's costing you, and what you actually have to work with
Week 2 What Your Options Actually Are — the directions genuinely available to you, assessed honestly against what you want and what you're willing to do
2
Decision
Weeks 3–4

Making the call

This is the phase most career conversations never reach. We get honest about what you actually want — separate from what looks good on paper — and eliminate the paths that don't hold up. Then we make the decision — not tentatively, not provisionally, but with internal buy-in that makes it yours to keep. You'll know what you chose and why. That's different from knowing what you're leaning toward.

Week 3 Getting Honest About What You Want — separating what you want from what you think you should want, and narrowing to one primary direction
Week 4 Making the Decision — documenting your direction, understanding what it requires, and committing to it in a way that sticks
3
Transition
Weeks 5–6

How and when

The final phase turns clarity into a plan you can actually live with. This is where decisions become timelines and intentions become next steps.

Week 5 Building the Exit — your transition timeline, what needs to happen in what order, and the practical steps to get from here to there
Week 6 The Next 90 Days, Specifically — a concrete execution plan and what keeps you moving after we're done

Not a conversation.
A document. A direction. A plan.

A committed direction

Made by you. Built to last. Not a tentative lean — a decision with your full name on it.

A real exit strategy

With a timeline. What happens, in what order, by when. The how and the when, worked out.

A 90-day action plan

Your priorities for the first 90 days and a clear first move for the day after we finish.

Six 60-minute sessions

One-on-one video calls, paced to your progress. The next week doesn't start until the homework from the current week is done.

Email support between sessions

For questions, logistics, and the moments when you need a quick check-in between calls.

What this costs.

One-on-one · Six weeks · Everything above included.

You have spent years building a career that earns well and fits poorly. What you're investing in here is not a course, a workbook, or a framework. It's in six weeks of work with someone who has been inside this conversation hundreds of times — and who will stay with you until you have an answer worth living by.

The Clarity Session.

Before we begin, we talk. Not to sell you anything — to make sure this is the right fit for where you are right now. Here's how it works.

1

You book

Choose a time that works for you. You'll answer a few short questions when you book — nothing elaborate, just enough for me to show up knowing where you are.

2

We talk

A real conversation — about what you're carrying, how long you've been carrying it, and what you've already tried. Twenty to thirty minutes. I'll ask the question. You answer it honestly.

3

We decide together

If this is the right fit, I'll tell you. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too. No pressure in either direction. The only wrong outcome is starting work that isn't right for where you are.
